If you are running late please let me know ASAP to let me know your expected arrival time. This could result in reducing your treatment time or appointment being cancelled and treated as a no show charged at 100%.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment, this can be made by bank transfer or cash. Appointments aren’t confirmed until deposit is paid and will be opened up to other clients if not paid by agreed date. Deposits are non refundable and will be taken off the total amount on the day. We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you cancel your allocated slot with little or no notice you prevent someone else being able to fill that appointment. Therefore we kindly request that as a matter of courtesy you provide us with at least 48hrs notice.

You will be sent a text confirmation as soon as your appointment is booked, then you will be sent a text reminder 72hrs before your appointment. You have 48hours to amend or cancel your appointment without charge. Your deposit can be rolled over to your next appointment.

In the event of cancellations over 48hrs notice given, you will be refunded your deposit. Cancellations between 24-48hrs… if you cancel or reschedule your appointment between 24-48hrs before your appointment time you will be charged 50% of your full appointment cost. If you have paid a deposit which is more than that amount, you will be refunded the difference. If your deposit is less than 50% you will be invoiced for the remainder. Cancellations under 24hrs…. if you cancel or reschedule within 24hrs of the start time of your appointment or you do not show up, you will be charged the full 100% of total service cost. No future bookings will be made until all charges are paid.

Xtreme beauty will not issue price adjustments/refunds for change of mind. If you attend your appointment and decide you don’t want the full service of treatments agreed, you will be charged the full cost of the initially booked service. If you do change your mind you must let me know with at least 48hrs notice.
