*What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and bank transfer for all treatments.
*What is your cancellation policy?
*We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
*If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, you will be charged the full treatment fee.
*For treatments lasting over 3 hours, we require 7 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
*Can i change my treatment after booking?
*You can modify your treatment selection up to 48 hours before your appointment.
*If you change your mind within 48 hours, the original treatment will still be charged in full.
*Is there a minimum spend per visit?
*Yes, the minimum spend is £40 for clients within 10 miles, the minimum spend will vary, please contact us for details.
*Do you charge a travel fee?
*A £5 travel fee for locations within 5 miles of ponteland.
*For locations beyond 5 miles, the travel fee starts at £10 and increases based on distance.
*How far do you travel?
*We travel up to 40 miles from ponteland. For large groups, pamper parties, and weddings, we may be able to travel further- please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Do you require a booking fee?
*Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking.
*The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
*Appointments are first come, first served and are only secured once the booking fee is paid.
*If your treatment is up to 3 hours, you must give 48 hours notice to reschedule and transfer your booking fee.
*If your booking is over 3 hours you must give 7 days notice to reschedule and transfer your booking fee.
*Booking fees will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within these time frames.
*What happens if i'm late for my appointment?
*Please inform us if you are running late.
*We allow a grace period of 15 minutes.
*If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and full payment will be due.
What do i need to prepare for my appointment?
*We bring all necessary products and equipment. However, we require:
*Access to hot water
*Access to an electrical socket
*Are there age restrictions?
*We cannot provide certain treatments to clients under 16 years old.
*Clients under 16 can receive treatments such as- facials, manicures, and pedicures, but parental/guardian consent is required, and they must be present during the consultation.
